Martin Palmer is Secretary General of the Alliance of Religions and Conservation (ARC), launched in 1995 by Prince Philip. Among his many books are Travels through Sacred China, Sacred Britain, Guanyin, The Times World Religions. He has translated sacred Chinese texts including The Tao Te Ching, the I Ching, the works of Chuang Tzu, and The Jesus Sutras. In 2004 he presented Time Trail, a TV series on British history.

Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee is a Sheikh of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order and founder of the Golden Sufi Center in Northern California. Among his books are Light of Oneness, Working with Oneness, and Face Before I was Born: A Spiritual Autobiography. Philip Rubinov Jacobson is an artist, writer, teacher, and philosopher. An international figure in both the Fantastic and Visionary genres of art, his paintings have been exhibited internationally and his writings have been read worldwide. He is the author of Drinking Lightning: Art, Creativity and Transformation and Eyes of the Soul: Exploring Inspiration in Art. Karen Claire Voss divides her time between Istanbul, where she teaches at Boğaziçi University and Fatih University, and Scotland. She works closely with Romanian physicist and philosopher Basarab Nicolescu in the field of transdisciplinarity, and is translator of his Manifesto, (SUNY, 2002) and his Poetical Theorems. Among her forthcoming books is a collection of short stories, Istanbul? Yes, Istanbul, Spiritual Alchemy: A Way of Being in the World and Feminine Gnosis: An Other Way of Knowing.

Reb Zalman Schachter-Shalomi is widely recognized as perhaps the most important Jewish spiritual teacher of the second half of the twentieth century. He is Professor Emeritus of Religion at Temple University and Professor Emeritus of Religious Studies and former World Wisdom Chair at Naropa University. Rabbi Zalman is the author of many books, including Paradigm Shift, From Age-ing to Sage-ing, Wrapped in a Holy Flame and Jewish with Feeling.

Brother Wayne Teasdale was a lay monk who combined the traditions of Christianity and Hinduism in the way of a Christian Sannyasa. An activist and teacher in building common ground between religions, Br. Wayne served on the board of the Parliament of World Religions and was a member of the Monastic Interreligious Dialogue.  Among his many publications are the more recent The Mystic Heart: Discovering a Universal Spirituality in the World Religions and A Monk in the World.  Brother Wayne left the world in October, 2004.
